Add the ability to copy markup to TradingView for connected accounts.

Due to the inability to open several positions on the same pair at the same time, you have to trade on 2-3 accounts at once, and it is extremely inconvenient to constantly put the same markup on the chart. Make the “Synchronize Markup” button so that all drawing tools are duplicated on accounts.

If the user accidentally synchronizes, it simply turns off synchronization and clears everything on the graph.
