Make it possible to delete the hook signal on a specific coin using the link.

This is in conjunction with my proposal to add an answer that the signal is already on this coin for this hook and it is still in operation.

That is, I have an open signal on the coin and it's in operation (not closed), I want to close it from my server using some of my own algorithms (for example, the price has gone away and this input is no longer relevant for me), so this is what I need to be able to send a command to close this signal on a specific coin
